Making coffee

hint icon
Never pour in water without really making coffee immediately afterwards.
Nobody wants to clean up a mess before making their own coffee!
Place the empty coffee pot on the machine without the pumping rod. Turn on the machine now.
With this procedure you can avoid that water spills on the counter.
Put a coffee filter in the filter pan.

Add 8 measuring spoons of coffee to the coffee filter. Attach the filter pan to the machine.

Fill the provided measuring cup with water to the 2 litres mark. Pour the content of the measuring cup into the machine.

When the coffee has finished cooking, stir the coffee vigorously with the pump stick and then place it in the pot and close the lid. If you want to maintain the machine reasonably well after cooking, remove the filter pan and use a paper towel to remove the condensation above.
